We used data from a questionnaire survey conducted in 16 districts in 13 cities and towns for the analysis. These districts were covered by public works projects such as land readjustment and disaster prevention group relocation and so on in the coastal areas of Iwate and Miyagi prefectures. We adopted the statistical method of the ordered logit model.
