Questionnaire surveys were conducted to evaluate the implementation of the online public lectures. The results showed that no fundamental problems were found in the delivery of the online lectures, since a field survey was conducted in advance to check the service area of public Wi-Fi services. However, in some lectures, transmission of audio and images to participants was not sufficient.
