| 内容記述 | In "Sansho Dayu (Sansho the Bailiff)" being a Sekkyo-Bushi (sutra-based ballads) established in the early modern period, Tango Kokubunji (provincial monastery in Tango province) is one of the important scenes. In this paper, the points of argument were organized based on archaeological knowledge which had not been employed in the study of "Sansho Dayu". While there are three Kokubunji sites in Tango, archaeological survey results and others have revealed that they used to be placed in Fuchu (Kokubun, Miyazu City) from their construction in Nara period. Thus, Kokubunji being a scene of "Sansho Dayu" can be understood as Tango Kokubunji in Fuchu. The reason behind the adoption of Kokubunji in Wae (Wae, Maizuru City) in this narrative story is likely to be related to temple solicitation associated with the reconstruction of Tango Kokubunji in Kamakura period, but there still remain many issues to be resolved. If new materials regarding Tango Kokubunji increase due to the progress of excavations and likes, the establishing process and others of "Sansho Dayu" could be clarified.
